Heads up campers this Sunday Daylight Saving Time Begins again. And as the saying goes we will spring ahead one hour Saturday night into Sunday. So 2 things to take into account... don't be late for church on Sunday and don’t expect to get a lot of work done on Monday. The Journal of Applied Psychology says the Monday after the “Spring forward” time change is pretty tough on most workers.

The average person loses 40-minutes of sleep the first night of daylight saving time. At work the next day, which will be Monday, drowsy employees tend to do more Internet surfing than anything else.

The actual time the clock springs forward is Sunday March 10, at 2 a.m. Experts advise if you can go to bed a little earlier on Sunday night in hopes you’ll be sharper on Monday morning. Or if you're be like me we'll just lay there awake until our regular bedtime anyway, still, worth a try.
