1975: Cast Of TV’s Emergency Visit Ellsworth [VIDEO]

Today is actor Kevin Tighe's 71st birthday, and it got me to thinking about when he and his television partner came to Ellsworth back in the mid-seventies.

It was a very big deal when Kevin Tighe and Randolph Mantooth came to Ellsworth for the big Fireman's Parade. They're the actors who played paramedics Roy DeSoto and John Gage on television's Emergency!

As you can see in the video, folks from all over Hancock County and beyond came to see the celebrity Grand Marshalls, and the over 150 fire units from all over New England and Canada!
