The State Fire Marshal's office has charged three teens with arson after two separate fires. The fires took place on July 16th and 25th.

Damaged in the fires were two outhouses near the Scott Street Beach in Rockland. The earlier fire destroyed two outhouses, which were replaced. The second fire damaged the replacements.

Arrested and charged with four counts of arson Sunday were 19-year-old Daniel Spear and 18-year-old Philip Seekins, both of Thomaston. A 16-year-old Thomaston boy was charged with two counts of arson. His name is not being released because of his age.
