Kaylub Fawley was at a river in Washington state when he saw a boy thrown off a bridge and listened while the mother cheered!

The railroad bridge is private property and the man (a stranger to the mother) was charged with reckless endangerment and tresspassing. The mother was also charged.

The video is disturbing with some bad language:

Comments on Facebook ranged from outrage for the mother to outrage for Kaylub for taking the video and sticking his nose where it doesn't belong.

I'm going on the side of outrage toward the mother. Who in their right mind lets a stranger throw their 4-year-old off a bridge? Yes, he had a life jacket on and yes, it's almost 3 stories high! What the hell?

Reckless endangerment is a misdemeanor. Not good enough. Child protective services is investigating. God...I would hope so.
