A feel good story for your Wednesday!

A state trooper for Massachusetts State Police was photographed having a roadside lunch with a homeless woman. According to Massachusetts State Police the man is trooper Luke Bonin.

Bonin had just left court for the day when he saw a woman by the side of the road with a sign asking for help. Bonin drove by her, straight to a restaurant where he ordered two meals. He returned to where the lady was still sitting with her sign. As he exited his vehicle the woman told him she would move along, fearing he was there to kick her out. Trooper Bonin insisted he wasn't there for that. He sat on the bumper of his cruiser and enjoyed a meal with the woman.

Bonin had no idea that someone caught this on camera, and like a true New Englander wants no praise for his kind deed.
