A New Tool for Search and Rescue in Maine [VIDEO]

The state of Maine has some difficult terrain to navigate and that's particularly true in the event of search and rescue operations.

Now, state game wardens and marine patrol officers have a new tool to help them, and they've been training.

Grant monies from both the Outdoor Heritage Fund and the Maine Emergency Management Agency made the purchase of this new hovercraft possible. It costs around $78,000.
