One last chance to enjoy the snow.

Acadia National Park's Carriage Roads have re-opened to cross-country skiers. The park made the announcement via Twitter yesterday. The new snow from yesterday's storm left enough of a blanket to give skiers a few more days of fun. However, once this snow melts the roads will close again.

Acadia's Carriage Roads close in spring to prevent damage to the trial network.

A reminder that some areas in the park are off-limits while endangered peregrine falcons are nesting. The Precipice, Jordan Cliffs and Valley Cliffs areas of the park are closed until late July.
