A man who allegedly broke into an Orrington business was caught after his vehicle got stuck in the snow. Penobscot County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the call at 4 o'clock this morning.

Penobscot County Chief Deputy Troy Morton said in a press release today that deputies responded to a business alarm at King's Mountain RC on Center Drive in Orrington. While on their way, the deputies were advised that a witness saw a vehicle stuck in the driveway of the shop.

When they arrived, deputies found the shop's owner who had blocked the end of the driveway. The suspect's vehicle was still stuck in the snow.

After a quick investigation, Detective Andrew Whitehouse arrested Scott Buck, 30 of Howland. He's charged with burglary and theft. Buck was taken to the Penobscot County Jail. Approximately $1,100.00 in merchandise was recovered from Buck's 4X4 truck.
