Associated Builders Of Ellsworth Wins The Chamber’s Top Drawer Award

The Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce has announced it's "Top Drawer" recipient for 2015!  The award goes to:

Associated Builders!

The Ellsworth building company has been in business since 1962, working on everything from high end homes to large renovation projects and municipal projects across Hancock, Washington and Penobscot Counties!

Associated Builders has grown over the years and employs 50 full timers and various subcontractors from their offices on the Bar Harbor Road.   Doug King now leads the company and recently said, "We are really only as good as our employees. “e would not be able to do what we do without them!”

For thirty five years the Chamber's Top Drawer Award has been presented to "the individual or business who has made a substantial contribution to the growth development and improvement of our city, county and or state."

The beautiful award is a hand crafted miniature chest of drawers that is made by a local craftsman or company selected by the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce.

The award will be presented to Associated Builders at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting on May 21st at Big Cat’s Event Center.
