Bangor’s Cinema Under The Stars Summer Film Series Begins Friday Night

Pull up a lawn chair and check out a great film every Friday night this summer at Pickering Square in Downtown Bangor once again this summer!

River City Cinema will kick off their 13th season this Friday night around 8:30 with Pillow Talk, the romantic comedy starring Doris Day and Rock Hudson.

This year's theme is "Summer Of Love" and all the films will be romantic comedies that will be shown on the outdoor movie screen erected right there on the Square.  Here's the line-up.

• June 24 - Pillow Talk
• July 1st - Breakfast At Tiffanys
• July 8th - Harold And Maude
• July 15th - The Princess Bride
• July 22nd - Say Anything
• July 29th - You've Got Mail

The film series is free and anyone can attend.  There will be a concession stand.  The series is being sponsored by Bangor Federal Credit Union.
