Penobscot County Sheriff's deputies and State Police are scouring the Corinth and Hudson area at this hour after a reported bank robbery.

The robbery was reported just after 9 this morning at the Camden National Bank Branch on Main Street in Corinth.

Few details are yet available but schools in the area were put on lock-down as a precaution as police search for the robbery suspect.

Bank employees reported to police the male suspect did not show or mention any weapon in the hold up and he left the bank on foot.

The male suspect was wearing a ski mask with greenish colored sun glasses, black jacket with grey hood and jeans.
