Today is Kate Beckinsale's birthday!  The hot English actress turns 40, so we decided to break out a Sam's Club birthday cake, some photos and videos of Kate and do a little celebrating ourselves!

Kate smoked up the screen in last year's Total Recall flick, look for her in The Trials Of Kate McCall later this year and then Eliza Graves next year.

This English rose looks half her age, she is definitely one of the planet's finest creations!  She was voted the "World's Most Beautiful Woman" by readers of Esquire magazine in 2009, and at the moment we agree!
