Check out this beautiful blue lobster caught off the coast of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia!

Fisherman actually caught two of the blue lobsters with purple along their edges.  One, which they named Blueberry, didn't measure up so it was immediately tossed back into the ocean.  The other, which they named Opal, will be kept until the end of the fishing season so that nobody else catches it, and then it too will be tossed back into the ocean for good luck.

In an article on the cbcnews website, fisherman Scott MacKinnon said, "The blue lobster, the old people say, my dad says, brings luck and prosperity to the boat and the crew and that it's good luck to return it to the sea."

Cape Breton is 547 land miles away from Bar Harbor.
