Blues Great Murali Coryell Talks About His Upcoming Bangor Gig At Blues, Brews & BBQ [VIDEOS]

We talked with a guy that's been in the blues business for quite some time, and he's real excited about playing the Bangor Waterfront this July!

Murali Coryell comes from a very talented family, his dad was jazz guitar great Larry Coryell, and his mother is author/actress Julie Coryell.  When we talked with Murali he was at his home in Woodstock, New York, and getting ready for a trip to Brazil to play a show with Joe Lewis Walker Jr., another blues great!

In the interview, Murali shows his excitement about coming to Bangor and being part of an extensive line-up of great musicians that will play Blues, Brews & BBQ, Friday and Saturday, July 28th and 29th!  James Montgomery will perform, along with Tommy Katona and Texas Flood, Coco Montoya, Sean Chambers, Mr. Sipp, the Nick Moss Band, and Dana Fuchs, among others.

We're totally pumped about this year's Blues, Brews & BBQ!  This year will be the biggest ever, with a brand new stage and sound system, fabulous food and brews, and musicians that will rival any blues festival in New England!   We really hope to see you there!
