Brutally Honest Coca Cola Commercial

I don't know if this is for real. It is true and responsible I suppose but I am having a hard time accepting a company telling you to stop using their product.  I have to think this is a hack of some kind, then again CVS did stop selling tobacco products but it was not all they had to sell.  What do you think...Is this for real??
