Celebrate Random Acts Of Kindness Week
Did you know?..This is National Random Acts of Kindness Week. I have read on so many occasions that doing something nice for another person is so good for YOU. And you know I think the world of you, so how thrilled was I to see we could make and extra effort this week to make another person smile.
National Random Acts of Kindness Week runs today through Sunday the 15th. There is even a Random Acts of Kindness Foundation. How cool is that.
Here are some of their ideas how you can be a light for someone this week.
- Say Thank you to your parents or someone else who made a difference in your life.
- Open a door for someone or offer a person a piece of gum.
- Clean out your closet and make a donation.
- Call your Grandparent.
- Clean off the car of a co-worker or neighbor if it snows this week...and doesn't it always.
- Clean up after yourself.
- Praise a parent for their child.
- Buy coffee for the person in line behind you.
- Leave quarters at a laundromat.
- Make dinner for Firefighters.
- Send a thank you to the police or fire department.
- Be polite on the road.
- Return a shopping cart.
- Adopt a soldier.
- Buy dessert for a stranger.
- Renew a friendship.
- Smile at a stranger and say hello.
There are a bunch more but I bet you have the idea, go have some fun:)D
