Missing your Beethoven, Mozart, Tchaikovsky and Chopin?  Classical music lovers will soon have a radio station to listen to Downeast, courtesy of the Maine Public Broadcasting Network.

According to RadioInsight.com, MPBN has purchased WMRO Milbridge/Bar Harbor, otherwise known as The Wave, which has aired artists like Mariah Carey, Air Supply, Barry Manilow and Celine Dion for the past few years.  WMRO's transmitter is located off the Black Woods Road in Franklin.

The station's frequency is at 93.7FM, and the classical format will begin airing on December 1st.
