Etiquette may seem like a long forgotten art, but it appears many of us believe that manners still mattered. According to a new 60 Minutes survey, 56 percent of us say that texting and e-mailing at the dinner table is the  absolute worst faux-pas of them all.

Other findings include:

-23 percent of us believe you should always let people off of elevators before you enter

-41 percent think men should always hold open doors for women

-13 percent say hats should be taken off indoors (this was a big one with my Dad)
