A Bangor man is found guilty of manslaughter for the death of his infant son, Xander, nearly three years ago.

According to WCSH-TV, a judge found Dustin Brown guilty of Manslaughter for the death of his son. Brown was 18 when police say they responded to a report of a baby who was not breathing on November 25th, 2012. He told authorities at the time that the boy just went limp during a feeding. An autopsy, however, revealed the baby died of trauma.

Witnesses told police they heard a thud from a bedroom, where Dustin was alone with Xander. When Dustin walked out of the room, they say he was holding Xander's limp body. Dustin told police that Xander's head bumped his chin during the feeding, and he jerked him.

There's no word, at this point, about when Brown will be sentenced.
