State Police say that an early morning robbery at Dysart's on Coldbrook Road is connected to two earlier home invasions.

Earlier we reported that Dysart's Truck Stop on the Coldbrook Road was robbed by two men in masks just before 3:00 Friday morning. The suspects claimed to have a gun and police say they threatened to shoot everyone in the place if they didn't get what they wanted. No weapon was ever shown, but the suspects threw the cash registers on the ground to open them and fled to a get-away vehicle on the Odlin Road. Police describe it as a light-colored sedan and say the suspects got in on the passenger side.

Now, police say they got a call about two-and-a-half hours earlier, at 12:30 a.m. from a homeowner on Lincoln Street who said two men forced their way into the residence. He said the men fled when he confronted them with a weapon.

At around 1:30 a.m., police were called to a home on Bolling Drive where the resident said two men entered the home and demanded money or drugs. The resident fought one of the men off, then ran to a nearby house to call 911. He received minor injuries.

State Police have confirmed the cases are related. Anyone with information is urged to call the State Police or Bangor Police.
