Eastport Pirate Festival Happens This Weekend [INFO + VIDEO]
Hide your booty and your women as hordes of swashbucklers will be invading Eastport this weekend!
The 9th Annual Eastport Pirate Festival happens this Friday, Saturday and Sunday! The event gets bigger and better every year as thousands of land lubbers parade through town enjoying the mayhem!
Pirate Bed Races, the Thieves Market, Cannon Battles, fireworks on the waterfront, live entertainment and dances, food and crafts!
There's plenty of stuff for the kids to do too, including meeting Rockin' Ron, the "Friendly Pirate" as he performs live. Doodles the Clown will be walking the streets making balloon animals too!
The Pirate Ball happens Friday night, where the King and Queen of the Festival will be crowned!
The Eastport Pirate Invasion of Lubec begins at 8 on Saturday morning, don't miss the boat! The Pirate Parade happens Saturday at 1. The 2014 Salmon & Seafood Festival begins at 11 and continues until 4 also on Saturday, Then, at 7:30 the fireworks will be shot off and this year's show promises to be the biggest yet!
Sunday at 10 the Pirate Pet Pageant happens and then a little later the Pirates of Lubec will invade Eastport!
