Observances and remembrances will take place across our state tomorrow, as we look back at that dark day seventeen years ago when terrorists took almost 3000 lives.

Folks around back then will reflect and say a few words to themselves, others will gather to remember not only those that lost their lives in buildings and in planes, but those first responders that rushed and came to the aid those in need.

The Fire Department in Ellsworth will conduct a 9/11 remembrance at 8:46 a.m. at the firehouse at City Hall, tomorrow, Tuesday, September 11th.  It was at that time at Airlines Boeing 767 slammed into the north tower of the World Trade Center.

All are welcome to attend.
