Ellsworth Police Department Issues Warning About Passing Stopped School Buses

While monitoring the Ellsworth Police Department Facebook page this morning, we were upset to read that certain cars in that area have been passing school buses while the red lights have been flashing.

That is a big no-no, and a situation where one is venturing into the danger zone!

The post on the EPD's page explains the law fully, and that the Department will be increasing its presence in the areas where kids are boarding and off-loading.

Please protect our young and stop for a stopped school bus!
