Emma Is The SPCA Of Hancock County Pet Of The Week

Emma is a one year old brown tiger kitty with a little white around her mouth, and beautiful gold eyes!  She's available for adoption NOW!

Emma is extremely shy and would do best in a very quiet home.  Her new family will need to be patient while Emma adjusts and learns to trust her humans.  Emma loves nothing more than to be held.  If you hold her close, she will stay in your arms as long as you let her.

She likes to have a box or enclosed bed where she can hide and feel safe.  Although she is loving when you hold her, Emma has not yet become confident enough to approach people on her own.  However, we have noticed that she is hiding less than she previously did, so she is already learning to relax more around people.
