Facebook Arrest – Has This Gone Too Far? [POLL]

O.K. here is the story and it is pretty tame for the offense. Her name is Christine Adamski, and when she got her mail the other day in it was a citation from the police based on a status update remark she had made on her Facebook account.
The letter she received told Adamski that they were aware she had brought her dog to the Dog Park without a permit. Enclosed they included an application for the permit and a ticket for $50 plus a printout of her Facebook post "admitting her guilt." Proof I guess that anything over sharing you post on Facebook can come back to haunt you.
Her Facebook post read, “I was feeling bad that I haven’t bought a pass and [have] been bringing Ginger there but I’m pretty glad I haven’t. So not going to worry about it until later.
