Flick Chick Review ‘ 2 Guns’

Flick Chick here once again in the pursuit of truth, justice and keeping you from  spending your hard earned money on movies that suck! Today Ma and I grabbed our guns and hit the Bangor Mall Cinemas to see 2 Guns

This movie  is an Action, Crime, Comedy.  It has a Run Time of 1:49  and is Rating: R for violence throughout, language and brief nudity. 2 Guns stars: Mark Wahlberg, Denzel Washington, James Marsden, Paula Patton, Bill Paxton and is directed by: Baltasar Kormákur

Story summary: A DEA agent and a naval intelligence officer find themselves on the run after a botched attempt to infiltrate a drug cartel. While fleeing, they learn the secret of their shaky alliance is an unknown enemy who has them marked for death: Neither knew that the other was an undercover agent and now on their own cooperation is there only hope.

Review:

2 Guns is a well crafted tale. The twists and turns made it a little hard to follow and engage at times but over all the likeable characters created by Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg hold you where the story gets weak.  In the end it pulls it all together and had kind of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid sort of feel.  Plenty of violence and action on a scale of 1 - 10 I'd give 2 Guns a 7
