The Portland Sea Dogs had a 'North Woods Law' event night at Hadlock Field last night and a special guest was in attendance to "throw" out the first pitch.

A search and rescue dog by the name of K9 Tundra was given the honor before the game to start of the festivities off.  The dog has been able to find and locate 20 lost victims during her seven-year career.  She also has won case of the year twice in her tenure working for the Warden's service.

Not sure whether or not that pitching motion is legal, or if it would be called a balk (or "bark"), but it definitely was a strike.  Nice work K9 Tundra!  I've already heard the Sox are scouting her for a possible playoff run.
