Fryeburg Fair Information
The biggest agricultural fair in New England kicked off Sunday and there's still plenty of time left for you to enjoy it!
The Fryeburg Fair runs until this Sunday and everything that you've heard about it is true! The shows, demonstrations, exhibition halls, mid-way rides, animals, contests, food and fun! Thousands will flock to the fair this week set on the Fairgrounds in Fryeburg, Maine.

The exhibition halls are filled with crafts, natural resource displays, a fiber center and specialty foods. There's harness racing, a flower show, tractor, horse and ox pulling, horse and cow shows, and more food of every kind than you could ever eat!
The Fryeburg Fair has many many entertainers performing, some just stroll the grounds and others perform at the various parks throughout the Fair. Magicians, Balloonists, bluegrass, country and rock and roll bands! For a full listing of performers click the link below.
The Fryeburg Fairgrounds are about a 3 hour drive from Bangor. Admission to the fair is $10 and that includes the night shows. Children under 12 are admitted free. The gates open at 7 a.m. and the buildings are open between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
