Fundraiser Scheduled For Orrington Motorcycle Crash Victims

The two young and unfortunate motorcycle riders that were severely injured in a crash on Route 15 in Orrington back on May 22nd are still in the hospital, and their medical bills are growing.  Here's how you can help.

There will be a fundraiser and raffle for both Breanne McIntyre & John Gerald, this Monday night, June 6th, between 4 and 8 p.m. at the High Tide Restaurant on South Main Street in Brewer.  You can buy a $10 raffle ticket and maybe win a really cool prize, or, just whip out the wallet and make a straight donation to help out.

In the accident, John lost the lower part of his leg and his pelvic bone was crushed.  Besides a broken leg, Breanne is suffering from a very serious head injury.  They both are still hospitalized and have a very long road to recovery.  Our thoughts and prayers are with them.

Last week we learned what a talented young woman Breanne is when we discovered her videos online and put one of them on air.
