I read many years ago that children learn far more from watching us than they do listening to what we tell them.  This new video from Gillette speaks to that principal.

If there is anything harder that social change I can't think what it might be. The reason being I imagine is that getting everyone on the same page can be tough especially if some will feel judged by the group. In the wake of the #metoo movement we are challenged to reach for reason before impulse. Kindness and respect before humor or self gratification. I also appreciate that this video about 'Toxic Masculinity' also deals with bullying and other negative male stereotypes. This proposed change is not about fault but wisdom.  I watched "We Believe: The Best Men Can Be" and I think this kind of consideration and leadership from the majority of men could really change that world, and that is no small feat.
