Great Falls Balloon Festival [INFO]

You know how there are certain things you place on your mental 'bucket list' right? Well here is one of mine and I think I'll be checking it off on the weekend of August 21st.

The Great Falls Balloon festival is much like the Rockland Lobster Festival in that they have an unusual feature centered in the middle of something similar to the fair.

The Great Falls Balloon Festival looks so amazing to me.  I love balloons, another bucket wish is to see Macy's Thanksgiving Parade in person so I am hoping heading out to Lewiston will scratch that itch a little too.

From August 21 - 23 at various Lewiston location like Simard-Payne Memorial Park where the Balloons will be coming and going they will have a craft area, carnival, musical acts, photo contest, parades and pancake breakfast and more. Click here to see the full schedule and get directions.
