Guys Put On Everything In Suitcase To Avoid Airline Fees

O.K. I have done a lot of thrifty things in my time but I think these two have me beat.

A couple of guys were traveling from Singapore to Sydney, which in and of itself has to be kind of a pricey trip when they were told their luggage was overweight and faced an extra fee of $130! So the two passengers decided to get creative to get out of paying extra costs. They decided to open their bags and put on as many of their clothes as possible in a bid to escape financial penalty.

By the time they boarded the flight the couple sported shoes tucked into their pants, jeans tied around their necks, various layers of underwear and pants, and even hats piled high on top of each other.

The guys posted on Redit that the airline staff warned the pair at the check-in desk.

'I am going to come to the gate and make sure you are still wearing everything,' a staff member told them. Top that if you can.
