A little rain didn't stop Hall and Oates from making dreams come true in Bangor Thursday night.

The show opened with exciting big band sounds of Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue and then Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings. Both got the crowd excited and on their feet but Sharon Jones really wowed the crowd as she commanded the stage all while performing with cancer.

When Hall and Oates took the stage the crowd erupted with cheers as they opened with and instrumental intro into their classic hit 'Maneater'.

Although things seemed to start off slowly and the rain started to fall the tempo and crowd energy picked up when they started to play songs like 'Say It Isn't So' and 'Sara Smile'.

The show ended with the well known tune 'I Can't Go For That' and the cheer for an encore was enough to bring them back to play crowd favorites 'Rich Girl' and 'You Make My Dreams Come True'.
