How To Correctly Pour An Almost Empty Container Of Mustard….Or Any Other Condiment.

Has this ever happened to you?  What a dumb ass question.

There you are, making your favorite sandwich.  You have your sliced ham and cheese all ready to go.  You then lay out two pieces of fresh white bread and grab the mustard.  You tip the mustard container upside down over your bread only to have what is pretty much clear water with a yellowish tone stream out onto your creation.  Yuck!

We'll Alton Brown has come up with a practical idea that may just save you a couple of pieces of bread, and it involves an egg carton.  It works not just with mustard but with any condiment.

It would even work with an almost empty bottle of shampoo providing that you'd want to store it in the refrigerator.
