I-95 Drive Home Featured Artist [VIDEO]

Tonight’s featured artist wrote a song for their band that was inspired by a an incident in 1973 when they were performing at the Grand Hall in Scotland and were driven offstage by a barrage of bottles. Who were our bruised band mates?

Let’s start with our song writers Nicky Chinn and Mike Chapman from the band Sweet and the song of course is ‘Ballroom Blitz’. The pair wrote many Glam Rock hits like this one. They also wrote Sweet's "Blockbuster," Suzi Quatro's "Devil Gate Drive" and Tony Basil's "Mickey."
