Tonight’s featured artists only top 40 hit mentions the name of a Chinese restaurant.  Whet many don’t know is that it is a real London restaurant and the artist’s picture is proudly displayed.  Can you guess the song or artist?

If you guessed it was Warren Zevon who came up with the line "I saw a werewolf with a Chinese menu in his hand, you are right. The Chinese restaurant mentioned in the song, "Lee Ho Fook," is a real location. It is situated on Gerrard Street in London's Chinatown (the nearest Tube station is Piccadilly). The patron proudly displays Zevon's photo. So if you ever make it to London be sure to stop by, howling is optional.

In tonight's featured song video it saddened  me a little to see Warren smoking.  We lost him to lung cancer in 2003. He was a funny guy. In one of his final interviews with Letterman, a big fan of Zevon,  he gave David this advice: "Enjoy every sandwich." Ahhh Oooooo!

Here is his final interview with Dave.
