Tonight’s mystery artist started playing at 13 because his brothers band needed a base player.  He was so green that his brother would hit him on the shoulder when he needed to change chords. Can you guess the artist or his current band??

In an interview with Fender Custom Shop Dusty Hill of ZZ Top said that when his brother Rocky Hill, who had a little band that played beer joints, informed Dusty that he needed a bass player Dusty knew he meant him and sure enough when he came home from school that day there was a bass guitar waiting for him. Today he owns somewhere around 100 bass guitars so I think it’s fair to assume he learned to like it.

Tonight's video was the first to feature the Eliminator, the 3 ZZ girls and the ZZ key chain.

Here is the interview.
