I-95 Drive Home Mystery Artist [VIDEO]

Tonight's mystery artists had a hit song that redefined a term that use to mean a delay between pulling the trigger and having a gun go off to relaxing and chilling out.  Can you guess the group or the song??
According to Wikipedia the term 'Hang Fire' is described thus:

"Hang fire refers to an unexpected delay between the triggering of a firearm and the ignition of the propellant This failure was common in firearm actions that relied on open primer pans, due to the poor or inconsistent quality of the powder."

Of course this makes the Rolling Stones tonight's mystery band and the new definition from the Urban Dictionary?? Well they still post the standard description but add:

"A state of relaxation, and/or where nothing gets done. Taken from the Rolling Stones song "Hang Fire" and applied as an entirely new term. Basically to chill."
