Tonight's Mystery artist said that for three years he worked on two albums playing every instrument and doing all the harmonies was kind of like a University for him and a lot of fun.  Think you know who he might be??

This confession came out to Extra TV’s Adam Weissler back in 2012 from Jeff Lynne of ELO. Twenty years between albums he had quite a few songs that he had been working on and perfecting. A real perfectionist he says even now when he hears old ELO songs he says he hears things he’s like to do better.

And better he did, Official Charts reported last week that ELO's All Over The World – The Very Best Of has hit Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart for the very first time, over a decade after its original release.

Jeff Lynne’s ELO performance at Glastonbury was first released in summer 2005, peaking at Number 6. Today, All Over The World leaps from 7 to Number 1 on the chart, marking ELO's first chart-topping album in 35 years. They previously reached the summit with 1979’s Discovery and Time in 1981

Jeff Lynne told officiialcharts.com about the success, "Thirty five years between Number 1 albums! I'm totally amazed. Thanks to everyone that made it possible."
