Tonight’s Mystery artist said that when a person is handling regrets his advice is to quickly acknowledge that you had freewill, and then let it go and find your rhythm again. Any guesses who this wise guy might be??

I found this sage advice in an edition of the Men’s Journal when they were interviewing John Mellencamp.  He was asked the best advice he’d ever gotten, how he thinks a person should handle success, money and regrets. His thoughts on regrets:

"Regret should be handled swiftly and you shouldn't hold onto it. At my age, I meet people and they talk about their parents and I always scratch my head. At some point you got to go, okay, I had freewill here.
