Tonight’s mystery artists during the early years traveled around in a converted Bookmobile. Think you know who they are??

This odd fact was found on the Gibson site as it covered 10 things you probably don’t know about the band Green Day.  If you remember Bookmobiles were mobile library that catered to communities that didn’t have a brick and mortar library.  The vehicle was found and converted by band member Tre Cool’s dad, Frank Wright II, Tre’s real name being Frank Edwin Wright III hence the “Tre” .  And what a great dad he was not only did he convert it into an early tour bus but he also acted as chauffeur for the band’s gigs.
