Tonight’s mystery artist wrote a song during a fishing trip that called out those who ignored them before they were famous.  Any idea who this might be or the song they wrote about it??

The song comes to us from Lynyrd Skynyrd and our two fishermen were Gary Rossington and Ronnie Van Zant.  The song was not a big hit for the band, released as a single from the album ‘Second Helping’ between ‘Gimme Three Steps and ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ the later which would propel them to stardom. The song in the middle was ‘Don’t Ask Me No Questions’  According to Wikipedia they were describing themselves in the song as working class musicians who were not comfortable dealing with the record business and found the demands that came after they became successful made them anxious and caused hem to kick back a bit.

And here is tonight's featured song.
