Now here's a vision of loveliness!

Today, the National Park Service announced the winner of Acadia National Park’s 2018 annual entrance pass contest, and it's Mike Hudson of Wheaton, Illinois!

Mr. Wheaton's photograph of Hunters Head in Acadia National Park was selected "from more than 700 entries from 35 states as well as from locations such as Singapore, Australia, and Germany,” said Superintendent Kevin Schneider in a press release. “We want to thank everyone who submitted their images and shared their perspectives of Acadia National Park.”

Mr. Hudson will receive an America the Beautiful inter-agency annual pass ($80 value), which can be used at over 2,000 federal recreation areas nationwide.

The photo will begin appearing on Acadia National Park's annual entrance passes after May 1st.  Purchase your annual entrance pass at the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce on Cottage Street, or at the places listed at the National Park Service/ Acadia National Park WEBSITE!
