Internet Cat Video Film Festival Purrs Into Rockland [VIDEOS]

What is is about cat videos? You know you love 'em!

If you spend time on You Tube watching all the latest cat videos, well then the ultimate is coming to Rockland for you!

The Internet Cat Video Film Festival which is put together by the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, has created a touring collection of the best cat videos and they'll be shown this Saturday night at 8 at Harbor Park in Rockland.

The Internet Cat Video Film Festival began back in 2012 and 10,000 people showed up exceeding the organizer's expectations significantly. Cat lovers and video producers submitted their videos for competition.

What video walked away with the grand prize that year? "Henri 2, Paw de Deux", which is part of a series of cat videos depicting a very board house cat with a dry sense of humor!  Check it out!

The event is being hosted by the Farnsworth Art Museum and is free of charge.  The Farnsworth will also host a "Cat Fair" before the Film festival beginning at 5, featuring a "cuddle booth" and a cat costume contest.
