Karan, Bangor Police Dog Passes

Sgt. Rob Angelo of the Bangor Police Department recently lost his longtime partner and friend, Karan, a German Shepard.  Karan faithfully worked alongside his partner Rob for many years, he wore a badge on his collar and was responsible in assisting in many many cases, including sniffing out drugs, locating lost children, and "digging up" other evidence.  He was 12 years old when he died.

According to the Bangor PD's Facebook page, "Karan worked tirelessly as a member of the Bangor Police Department with his nose always to the ground and was involved in countless arrests and successful searches. From all of us at the Bangor Police Department, rest in peace, Karan and thanks for all you did for the the citizens of this community"!
