Lindsay Lohan Is Today’s Birthday Girl [PHOTOS & VIDEOS]

Poor little Lindsay, all holed up in re-hab and celebrating her birthday.  The actress more known now-a-days for her off screen mishaps is turning 27 today.

Recently, Lindsay Lohan appeared in Playboy Magazine, guess starred on Charlie Sheen's Anger Management show, and starred in a made for TV movie called Liz & Dick.  Unfortunately she also starred in a couple of high profile traffic accidents and ripped off some jewelry from a store.

She started out strong with movies like Mean Girls and Freaky Friday, and was once voted the "World's Most Beautiful Woman".  Let's hope that someday she gets her act together again and lives up to her potential!
