Maine Metal Head Banging in Downtown Bangor Tonight

Start lifting weights because things are going to get heavy at Mezzenine Social Club! 

Starting at 9:30PM stop by Zen, across from the Penobscot Theater,  and head upstairs to Mennenine to experience some of the best in Maine Metal Music.

Bangor based band 'Bruised Brain' kicks off the show with songs that are guaranteed to make your head bang fast and slow.

One of my favorite local acts is up next. Manic Abraxas takes the tempo way down but keeps the energy high.

Portland thrashers Stone Tools will command the room after that. Making their Bangor debut they are defiantly a band you need to see!

Headlining the show is Bangor's very own Holy Filth! Riffs galore and fast paced tunes will keep your head banging. Not to mention one of the creepiest intros I've ever seen.
