Part of the first phase of a new $15 million electronic court filing system will include being able to pay or contest a ticket and even postpone a court date 24 hours a day.

The judicial branch announced Wednesday traffic tickets will appear on the system called 'Odyssey' starting Oct. 29 according to an article in the Associated Press.

The article says the new system, Odyssey, will replace the current PayTixx program, which will be discontinued Oct. 17. Fines will only be payable in person between Oct. 17 and Oct. 26.
