Man, talk about an explosive staff meeting.  Yesterday in Augusta, a computer training course was being taught to three Maine State Police troopers. One of those troopers, Lt. Shaun Currie, shifted in his seat, and his .45 caliber handgun went off.  Luckily no one was hit.

Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the Maine Department of Public Safety said, "It's far too early to tell if there was a mechanical problem".  The weapon will be examined by a variety of experts and the gun's manufacturer will be consulted. The situation will be re-created.

So far no one has blamed any sort of computer virus, which of course probably would have come from China.
