Mainers Will Try To Set Guinness World Record On Saturday And You’ll Never Guess Doing What

The big event will go down at the Maine Moose Lottery and Moose Festival in Skowhegan. This is a really big deal and events actually kick off today and runs through Sunday afternoon. The Maine Moose Lottery and Moose Festival is a free event with free parking and some very unique activities. For example:

• Meet and Greet with Maine Game Wardens
• Archery and BB Gun ranges
• Monster truck rides
• Moose on the Loose Bed Races
• Antique tractor pull
• Fly Casting Competition
• Wild Game and Craft beer pairings
• And well the list goes on and on.

But the cherry on top of this event is most definitely their attempt to get into the Guinness World Records Book have the most people simultaneously moose call. That will happen at 1:45 and everyone is welcome to participate. The existing record (yes there is one) is 995 people.
